Required
Before you begin, you must ensure the following:
- Connection to the Internet
- Must have Google Chrome browser installed on your computer
- Make sure the Google Chrome extension is installed in your Google Chrome browser
Access Google Drive Offline:
Open the Google Chrome browser and activate your account or log in to it if you haven’t already.
Move to the main Google Drive page

Click the gear icon above and then click Settings> General.

Click the box that says ‘Create, open and edit your recent Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides files on this ‘device while offline‘.

Click Done
Return to the Google Drive main page, click to the right of ‘Available offline‘. To do multiple files, all you have to do is press Shift + Command (macOS) or Shift + Control (Windows).
Finally, back to the top of the Google Drive home page, Clin icon next to the search bar and click “Offline preview” to be on.
